Returning Users:

Login to your existing account.  

Edit your child’s profile - make sure their classroom is correct.

Click the Sign Up button and register for classes.

Complete Registration – pay for classes via credit card or FACTS.

New Users:

Create a family account.

Add child/children, select your child’s classroom and enter the birthdate.

Click the Sign Up button and register for classes.

Complete Registration – pay for classes via credit card or FACTS.

Please note the registration opening: 9:30 am or 9:45 respectively. Forms will not be available early.

Troubleshooting:

If  you do not see the correct options in the activities portal, go back and ensure you have selected your child’s correct classroom for the school year. This is the most common fix.

If a class fills before you can complete your registration, you will not be charged for that class.

Please check your username and password early so you can be ready to go with no delay. Please do not duplicate your account. You can reset your password on the login screen. Alternatively, you can let the office know you need a reset.

Other considerations:

Students must be registered for the semester to use Extended Day. We do not have a program for drop-in childcare.

Review the enrichment flyer in advance.

Enrichment classes fill quickly. Register students who will be participating in enrichments first. Please note that all Enrichment Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Be mindful of your children’s different schedules and coordinate drop-off and pick-up times accordingly.

All Twos and Threes students staying beyond noon will need to purchase a lunch from Lunch Lady Delivers or they may bring their own lunch. Please note that lunch boxes will not be refrigerated; be sure to include a cooling pack in the lunch box if necessary.

Payments for all optional programs are due in full upon registration.

Waitlist requests will be accepted by email only. Send to registrar@ccsaz.org.

Spring session programs run January 6-May 21, 2026.

Late enrollments:

The registration deadline is Monday, December 8. After this date, any changes will go through the office and a $50 change fee will apply. If you have any questions, please feel free to email Hollie Gibbs at registrar@ccsaz.org.

Late signups may not be possible. Late signups will not be prorated due to staffing considerations. Changes or refunds for Enrichment options are not possible after January 13.
